The measures to escape from the disease like Uric Acid

Many of them are suffered from Uric Acid due to the modern lifestyle and food style. The long lasting disease Uric Acid has some preventive measures. You can escape from such disease if you follow this things.

1. The over weight of body will have more risk because the uric acid gets collected in the body and is transmitted to the blood.

2. The non-veg food contains purine which increases the uric acid. Especially the red meat should be reduced. Liver, kidney, heart should be avoided. The soup of the meat, beer should be avoided. Mustard spinach, Spinach, duck meat, ice-cream, bread, cake might be the reason for this problem.

3. The oily food should be avoided as possible.This food will get converted into fat renseed. This will k!ll the vitamin e and uric acid will be developed.

4. You should eat the food that contains calcium.You should make a habit of eating banana, potato, curd, milk, strawberry, lemon daily.

5. You should avoid alcohol, coke, fanta, sprite, pepsi, mirinda etc.

6. When the kidney doesn’t function properly the level of uric acid increases. So you need to drink minimum 10 glass water.

7. You need to be conscious on your physical and mental health.
